  installed into your computer through the set-up procedure.

2. Limitation of License
  This Software may be used on only one computer per customer.

3. Prohibited Activities
  1) You may not transfer and/or resell your license of this Software
to any third party.

  2) You may not modify, change, or reverse-engineer this Software.

4. Limited Warranty
  1) The contents of this software may not meet all customer requirements. Therefore, SYSTEM-I Co., Ltd. will not accept any responsibility for any defects that occur due to the customer's own judgment.

2) This Software is chosen/purchased/used on your own responsibility.

3) SYSTEM-I shall not be liable for any damages caused by using
this Software.

5. Copyright
  The copyright of this Software is owned by SYSTEM-ICo.,Ltd. and is
  protected by the Copyright Law of Japan and international treaty
  provisions. You are required to treat this Software as other
  copyright-protected products such as books and record albums.

6. Period of Agreement
  The agreement becomes effective upon installation of this Software
  to a computer, and is terminated when you cease using this Software.

7. Others
  Any matters which are not provided for in this Agreement shall be
  determined through mutual consultation between you and SYSTEM-I.
